First of all, we’re sorry that you would even consider returning your Blank Label custom dress shirts!

Since our dress shirts are all individually made, we cannot refund your co-creations. If, by some freak chance, your order came and it didn’t fit your original specifications, we would happily re-stitch it for you and ship it to you at the speed that you ordered.

Also, if you received your order and it just didn’t fit right the first time, we’d happily remake it for you to get you a dress shirt that fits.

2. How can we make you happier now or happier next time (are you looking to get the shirt fitted better in certain places? i.e. bigger collar, smaller waist, etc.)?

Changing Your Order

If you email us within 24 hours, we can probably pull your co-creation from the queue or make any amendments to your dress shirt’s specs.

Once we have finished stitching your co-creation though, we cannot change or cancel your order since all our dress shirts are uniquely stitched and once they are co-created, we can’t turn back. Also, it would be incredibly wasteful to have an individually made dress shirt cancelled after it was made.

Payment Terms and Billing Policy

Since all of our dress shirts are individually stitched for you, we have to charge your credit card when you place the order in order for us to start stitching the product. We’re a bit different from your normal retail store that takes in a ton of inventory hoping to sell it. We’re a small business trying to keep costs low so we can pass those savings onto you. So we charge you at the point of purchase so our tailors can be assured they can start co-creating with you.
