The Co-Creation Custom Revolution is about fundamentally changing the relationship between consumer and producer.  
Way back when, there would be people making ‘stuff’ for their town’s people, it was personal, it was friendly. You’d go to your blacksmith and get your sword the way you liked it, the weight, the width, probably with your cool-ass engraving. But it was slow. 

Industrial Revolution happens. Manufacturing speeds up like crazy, good. Everything is cloned, first the products, then the people, bad. By making hundreds, then thousands, hundreds-of-thousands, then millions, things started to get a little ridiculous.  

Enter Co-Creation Custom Revolution, where individually-made doesn’t mean slow and few at a time, it means colliding the intersection of fashion, technology and consumer empowerment, exploding to create something awesome.

Revolution is usually fairly synonymous with anti-establishment, and one of our founding principles is an absolute rejection of the way big companies (‘the establishment’) has lost touch with its very consumers. To be clear, we think there are a lot of large companies that create really cool, innovative products, but so many of them have lost that honest dialog, even with its most diehard of fans.
 
What we strive to do is getting the little things right. A real person will be eagerly waiting to help you answer your questions. They won’t be scripted and worry about saying something not PC. Taboo, Taboo, Taboo! Whether it’s in the press, on our blog, when we tweet or post something to Facebook, we’re fairly open and honest. From features to design, packaging to stitching, we get all our best ideas from having a real conversation with our community of custom dress shirt designers.

We spend heaps of effort asking questions to improve it (part of that whole honest conversation thing), we go to Starbucks everywhere to ask people to play around with it so we can see how they use it, and most importantly, we listen. 

What we don’t promise is we’re the perfect fit first time, every time. After making so many custom men’s dress shirts, we’ve gotten pretty good at figuring out your fit from the few simple questions we ask. We think it’s ridiculous to ask you to go and find a measuring tape, watch an instructional video or read loads of how-to’s. We wouldn’t make you do something we wouldn’t want to do.
